When you get into that habit, you’ll feel much better and you’re less likely to feel like purging or crying since most of your fullness will be from the water and amount of chewing aaaand you would have given your body enough time to realize, “ok bitch, that’s enough”

So I got this from the mouse workout, and I just did the math:

Each set burns 97 calories

Pace yourself, and just do it throughout the day.

  • 100 leg lifts (each leg)
  • 75 squats
  • 50 sit-ups
  • 50 second plank
  • 50 second wall sit

6 sets burns 585 !!!

7 sets burns 682 cals

8 sets burn 779 cals

9 sets burn 876 cals

10 sets burn 973 cals

Just add 97 for every set
